Education In The Wild
Education in the Wild, takes place on July 11, 2026 and marks our third year serving youth ages 2–19 from Idlewild (Baldwin) and surrounding urban communities (Gd. Rapids, Kalamazoo, Flint, Muskegon, Saginaw, Detroit, etc.), focusing on underserved communities. This immersive day in the Manistee National Forest includes swimming, water activities, fishing, environmental learning, free meals and giveaways, and a robust College Fair. We are honored to have previously welcomed Michigan State, GVSU, Western, Saginaw Valley, 4-H, Forestry, and many others.
